VINCENT A. GRANDE MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIPS

In Loving Memory of
Vincent A. Grande

3/19/1984 - 11/3/2009

The "Vincent A. Grande Memorial Scholarships" shall be awarded to an outstanding high school seniors who meet the criteria outlined below and exemplify the type of positive attributes that helped Vincent to be so dynamic and successful.  

ITAA, Inc. awards $2,000.00 a year in scholarships; $1,000.00 goes to each of the following schools:

Southern Regional High School
Manchester Twp. High School

Students wishing to apply will have to meet the following minimum criteria:

1.  SRHS Students need to complete the online application

CLICK HERE); MTHS need to complete a paper application (visit your guidance office for the form)
2.  Have a minimum of a 3.0 GPA (copy of transcripts required)
3.  Have a college "Acceptance Letter"
4.  Have 3 letters of recommendation (sealed envelopes)5.  Have completed a 250 word essay (details -->) 

*MTHS students will also need to have participated in some capacity with one of ITAA's productions.
*MTHS students must be a Performing Arts Major to qualify for the scholarship.


SRHS Students:  After completing the online application, please send your entire application packet to the Guidance Office of Southern Regional High School by March 15, 2010.

MTHS Students:  After completing the paper application, please send your entire application packet to the Guidance Office of Manchester Township High School by April 15, 2010.

A Little Bit about Vincent -
To Help You Prepare for Your Essay...

Vincent A. Grande was a dynamic, talented, hard-working, zealous young man.  His wit and charisma could illuminate the darkest of rooms.  Vincent believed in reaching for the stars and giving his all.  He lived by a code that seems to be long forgotten in this world.  Vincent displayed valor and honor in all that he did.  Most importantly, it was Vincent's love for God, family, friends, and neighbors - and the way that he showed that love - that made him such an exceptional young man. 

Essay Requirments:
After having read about Vincent, please complete a 250 word essay that describes what positive characteristics and personality traits that you share with Vincent.
